Can I buy a liquidlogic kayak outside of the website?

Yes! Come to our factory store at 210 Old Airport Rd., Fletcher, NC 28732

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return any item to us, for any reason within 10 days. The item must be in new condition and the buyer is responsible for initial and return shipping costs as well as handling the returning logistics. If you would like to return an item to us, please give us a call prior to returning the item. To save on return shipping cost, you are welcome to bring the item right back to our factory store. Hey, it could be a good excuse to get in a lap on the Green.

Do you offer tours of your factory?

We sure do! We offer tours every first Friday of each month at 2:00pm.

You can follow this link to our warranty request form. You will be asked a few questions then you can submit. We will get back to you within 2 business days.

How do you calculate your shipping cost for accessories, parts, and schwag?

They always ship free with a boat purchase. Otherwise we use UPS or USPS (whichever is cheaper) from our factory to your location.

How do you insure that my liquidlogic kayak is as safe as it can be?

Since we are paddlers that make kayaks, safety is a top priority from when we are crafting the boat to protecting the people who paddle them. We have extensive product testing that we perform in-house and on the river that sets us apart from other brands. When will my order ship?

If your items are in stock, they will ship within 1-3 business days.

Who will deliver my order and how long will it take?

For Kayaks, we use common carriers. If you order accessories, gear and / or schwag with a boat, we will ship the accessories inside the boat whenever possible. For accessory, gear or schwag only orders, they will ship via UPS or USPS. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please reach out to us.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

All orders shipped to an address (terminal or residential) outside of North Carolina will not be charged sales tax. All shipping addresses (terminal or residential) in the state of North Carolina will be charged State Sales Tax of 3% for boats, county tax (6.75%-7.5%) for all non-kayak items and as well as the shipping amount. Factory Pickup orders will be charged State Sales Tax of 3% for boats and 6.75% for all non-kayak items.

Will you sell my information?

Never! We will never give your information to anyone outside of liquidlogic. We know how annoying it is to receive unwanted emails, phone calls, house calls, etc. We respect you and your information.
